Vintage Rolls Royce Wedding Car Service.

 

1. All Wedding Car bookings are provisional until a deposit has been paid.

2. A 10% booking deposit is required to reserve our cars for your wedding day.  This may be done by means of a cheque payable to G Waldram. The balance outstanding on the booking must be paid no later than one calendar month prior to the service taking place.  

3. We may be able to book a vehicle at short notice, for these bookings (made within 30 days of the service) the full balance will be due at the time of booking.  

4. Cancellations must be made in writing to the company.  The full outstanding balance will be payable on cancellations made less than 30 days from the service.  

5. Whilst the company will make every effort to arrive punctually at the required addresses and venues.  We cannot be held responsible for the late arrival or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control. The company will not be responsible for any impact that a delay or cancellation might cause to other arrangements and bookings made.

6. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, the company will endeavour to supply an alternative vehicle. If we are unable to supply another similar or better vehicle we will offer a full refund of the hire price. The company will not be responsible for any impact that a delay or cancellation might cause to other arrangements or bookings made.

7. A strict no smoking policy applies in all vehicles.  The hirer will be held responsible for any damage to our vehicle caused by passengers.  

8. Our Chauffeurs will chose the route based on their experience and knowledge of the local area. They will accept a route as instructed by the principal hirer, however due consideration must be made of time restrictions. The driver cannot be held responsible for any delay to arrangements caused by this instruction.

Our vintage wedding cars cover most areas of South Shropshire, South Staffordshire, West Midlands and North Worcestershire to a distance of 25 miles from our base in Alveley.  This includes Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock, Bewdley, Telford, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Bromsgrove, Wombourne, Kidderminster, Stourport, Hagley, Droitwich, etc.
